What personal data we collect and why we collect it

HydroFlex collects personal data on the website in two cases:

  • Newsletter via the plugin “The Newsletter Plugin”: Here we collect your email address if you want to be added to the list of recipients for the HydroFlex newsletter.   • Contact form: Here we collect your name and email address if you want to contact us through the contact form.

Your personal data will only be used for the purposes mentioned above (sending newsletter, replying to your request via the contact form). Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except in the case of explicit consent. We will keep your data for a maximum of 2 years after the end of the HydroFlex project.

The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

HydroFlex uses the webhosting service of one.com, which gathers statistics about your location (country) and the browsers and devices you use to access the HydroFlex website.

HydroFlex gathers statistics using Google Analytics. This means that information regarding your use of our web pages can be transferred to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
